Fresair is a patented roof-mounted evaporative cooling unit that works as a standalone system that produces glorious cold air, a powerful breeze, and temperature reductions of up to 40°F. What makes Fresair better than the rest is its state-of-the-art engineering. Often, traditional air conditioning units demand high power while running on refrigerant. Fresair’s golf cart air cooler can be powered through the vehicle’s existing battery and maintains low power consumption–on average less than 8 amps are drawn per hour on max power. Fresair works by forcing air through a moist, fibrous, organic, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal pine filter which is then triple-filtered and circulated with tap water from a remote hidden reservoir. This means no moisture is produced.
The unit itself is very low profile at only 3.7″ tall, but it packs a punch with four adjustable vents and Fresair’s latest smart control panel that safeguards the system. It not only looks great but is also a completely green technology and even filters dust and pollen out of the air to enhance driver and passenger well-being.
How Does It Work?
Fresair is conveniently designed to utilize minimal power from your 12V system to produce a satisfying breeze even during the hottest desert-like days.
Using its built-in pump, it circulates conservative amounts of tap water from its reservoir (included) through an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal organic pine filter to produce cooler air and conveniently accommodates a variety of applications (like golf carts!) As an added bonus, the pine filter even helps to filter dust and pollen out of the air.
